Delete Your App Data
Last updated: September 24, 2026
Easy Invoice does not require an account for its core document workflow. Business details, clients, items, invoices, estimates, and settings are stored locally by the app on your device.
Delete Individual Records
Where a delete action is available, you can remove individual clients, client folders, invoices, estimates, payment methods, taxes, units, and due-date options from inside the app. Deleting a record may also remove related documents, so review the confirmation message first.
Delete All Local App Data
To remove the local Easy Invoice database and app preferences, uninstall Easy Invoice from your device. On platforms that offer a separate “clear storage” control, you may use that option instead. This action cannot be undone unless you have separately saved copies.
Saved and Shared PDFs
PDFs saved to Files, Downloads, cloud storage, email, or another app are outside Easy Invoice’s local database. Remove those copies directly from the destination where you saved or shared them.
Subscriptions and Store Records
Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription or remove purchase history held by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the store account used for the purchase. Store and transaction records are handled under the applicable platform’s policies.
