Easy Invoice is an invoice and estimate creation app for freelancers and small businesses. This page explains how information may be stored, processed, and protected when you use the app or website.

Information We May Collect

The app stores information you enter, such as business details, clients, catalog items, invoices, estimates, payment methods, preferences, and document settings, in its local database on your device. PDFs you explicitly save or share may also exist in the destination you choose.

If diagnostics or analytics are enabled for a release, service providers may process basic app usage events, device and app information, crash reports, and purchase or subscription status. We may also receive information you provide directly in a support message.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage documents, remember your settings, generate PDFs, operate subscriptions, improve app performance, diagnose crashes, support users, and understand which features are useful.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website uses necessary storage to keep core functionality working and remember your privacy choices. If you opt in, we may also use analytics or marketing technologies to understand traffic, measure campaigns, or improve the site.

Non-essential categories remain off until you explicitly accept them through our cookie banner or preferences panel. Your current choices are stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember them on later visits.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We use Firebase services for configured analytics and crash diagnostics and RevenueCat to manage subscription status and purchase entitlements. Apple or Google processes store purchases. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app, process purchases, analyze performance, host services, or respond to support requests.

Children

Easy Invoice is a business productivity app and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child was submitted to us without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

Your Choices

You can control photo, file, and similar permissions in your device settings. You can remove local records inside the app where a delete action is available or remove all locally stored app data by uninstalling the app. On the website, you can review or change cookie choices at any time.
